If you’re visiting the restaurant on the summer it’s better to be indoor because it’s hotter then you can imagine. I thought that I won’t survive:) I’m not amazed by dishes. It’s the average quality, ok, but nothing special. The staff is friendly and the ambient is nice, there is a beautiful view of the river. If you're suffering from seasick, you shouldn’t go there. From time to time you’ll feel waves, and I don't recommend after hangover either. :)

Viva is great! The service is friendly and attentive, and the view of the Danube and Sava rivers is stunning. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, especially during the sunset. Water House Viva is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal and a cold beer with your family or friends

We had a very unpleasant experience at this café. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. At first we were sitting outside, but since it was cold we politely asked to move inside if there was a free table. Instead of helping us, the staff reacted with visible annoyance — rolling their eyes and acting as if our request was a problem. The waiter spoke to us in a rude tone and even commented about us loudly to colleagues while we were still there, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. We were simply asking normal questions about available tables. Good service and basic courtesy should be expected in any café, but unfortunately that was completely missing here. Because of this behavior, we will not be coming back.

Wonderful place, a real timelessness and calm atmosphere in beautiful Belgrade! Great view to the river and the swans. Good wine selection, delicious appetisers, very got service. They also was very friendly with our little dog. Recommend!

I havent been to Viva in about five years since i had a bad experience with service there. Yesterday it was really sunny and a beautiful day so my girlfriend suggested we visit. I said yes. The food was fantastic, i was really pleasently surprised. However, i had almost the same bad experience with service. This time the guy serving us was not rude, but he forgot we ordered the second round of drinks, was nowhere to be found and his colleagues refused to help us as well (since we are sitting at the table pur waiter was responsible for). We left without ever receiving the second round.
