Welcome to Click4Table. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Click4Table website and services. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Click4Table

Click4Table is an online platform that enables users to:

• Browse and discover restaurants
• View restaurant information, photos, and availability
• Make table reservations at participating restaurants
• Manage and cancel reservations

We act as an intermediary between diners and restaurants. We do not own, operate, or manage any restaurant listed on our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Click4Table, you must:

• Be at least 15 years old
• Provide accurate personal information
• Agree to these Terms

3. Making Reservations

3.1 Reservation Process

When you make a reservation:

• You provide your name, email, phone number, party size, and preferred time
• We transmit this information to the restaurant
• The restaurant confirms or declines the reservation
• You receive confirmation via email

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Arrive on time for your reservation
• Notify the restaurant or cancel if you cannot attend
• Comply with the restaurant's policies (dress code, time limits, etc.)

3.3 Cancellations

• Cancel reservations through the link provided in your confirmation email
• Respect each restaurant's cancellation policy
• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account

3.4 Restaurant Policies

Each restaurant sets its own policies regarding:

• Cancellation deadlines
• Maximum party size
• Table time limits
• Dress code
• Deposits (if applicable)

Review these policies before confirming your reservation.

3.5 Holding Your Reservation and Releasing the Table

Your reservation will be pending for maximum 15 minutes after its start time. If you fail to show up within that time window, reservation will be marked as no-show to make the table available for other guests.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make false or fraudulent reservations
• Provide inaccurate personal information
• Harass restaurant staff or other users
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our service
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Click4Table (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Click4Table or our licensors. Restaurant information and images are provided by restaurants or from public sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

Click4Table is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Accuracy of restaurant information
• That restaurants will honor all reservations
• Quality of food, service, or hygiene at restaurants

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Click4Table
• We are not liable for your experience at restaurants
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Click4Table (if any)

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Click4Table from claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with restaurants
• Your violation of any third-party rights

8. Third-Party Services

Our service uses third-party providers:

• Google Maps: For restaurant locations (subject to Google's Terms)
• Cloudflare: For content delivery and security

We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Click4Table after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Serbia.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
