One of the most unpleasant experiences. I stayed at Hotel Mona several times and traditionally held meetings with partners at the restaurant during each visit to Belgrade. It's a tradition in Serbia to have a shot of rakija. The waitress recommended a new rakija, which was excellent. She mentioned that it was "a bit more expensive!" Given that I was with business partners, I assumed it might be x2 or x3 more expensive than usual. Surprise at the end... out of the four of us, only two drank rakija (fortunately). The price for two shots was 145€!!!! "A bit more expensive" turned out to be x15 more expensive. The rest of the story is not suitable for writing here; let your imagination run wild.

Great service and exquisite desserts! I tried Vremeplov (Timelapse) and Violet. Both desserts had perfect flavor combination and alsl taste. They also have top coffee and wine. The bar is in industrial style, modern and great for business meetings, or for working. I went there during daytime and i can really recommend this place. Savrseni kolaci, kafa, vino i usluga. Stvarno sam se odusevila, iskrena preporuka za Mona Plaza hotel i Sonda bar!

We had hot chocolate and my 3 years old daughter dropped on the floor the one piece of marshmallow that we had in our portion. We kindly asked for another one and the waiter said no problem. When he returned back he said that we have to order another portion only for one small piece of marshmallow. My daughter was crying and they did not had sympathy even thought we were guests in the hotel. Not polite not kind experience . I definitely wont recommend.
